These Terms govern use of Pichoose.com. They are a practical product draft and should receive a final jurisdiction-specific legal review before commercial launch.

What Pichoose does

Pichoose compares two pictures and provides an automated recommendation about which one is the stronger choice, together with analysis or scoring. The output is an opinion generated from the analysis available to the service; it is not objective truth or professional advice.

Your pictures and rights

You must have the legal right to use every picture you submit. You remain responsible for the pictures you choose and for complying with privacy, intellectual-property, publicity and other applicable rights.

General-audience content only

Pichoose is not an adult-content service. Sexually explicit or pornographic images are prohibited. Content moderation may block or reject material that appears to violate this rule.

Other prohibited use

You may not use Pichoose for unlawful content; sexual content involving minors; sexual exploitation; non-consensual intimate imagery; content that promotes or depicts serious abuse, hateful conduct or unlawful violence; malicious or deceptive activity; or material that infringes another person’s rights.

Automated moderation

Pichoose may use automated systems to detect prohibited or unsafe material. Automated moderation can make mistakes. Pichoose may refuse to process a picture when the system cannot determine that it is suitable for the service.

Third-party services

Production features may rely on third parties for AI analysis, advertising, analytics, payments or external links. Those services may have their own terms and privacy requirements. Pichoose will identify image-processing and material data-processing providers in the Privacy notice as appropriate.

No guarantee

Pichoose does not guarantee that a recommendation will be correct for your taste, audience, commercial objective, creative brief or professional requirements. You remain responsible for decisions made after using the service.

Availability and changes

Pichoose may update, suspend or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product development. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
