These Terms govern your access to and use of Pichoose.com. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

What Pichoose does

Pichoose compares two pictures and provides an automated technical recommendation about which one is stronger, together with a score and supporting measurements. The recommendation is not objective truth or professional advice and may not match your taste, intention or creative brief.

Your pictures and rights

You must have the legal right to use every picture you select. You remain responsible for the pictures and for complying with privacy, intellectual-property, publicity and other applicable rights.

General-audience content only

Pichoose is a general-audience service. Sexually explicit or pornographic images are prohibited.

Other prohibited use

You may not use Pichoose for unlawful content; sexual content involving minors; sexual exploitation; non-consensual intimate imagery; content that promotes or depicts serious abuse, hateful conduct or unlawful violence; malicious or deceptive activity; or material that infringes another person’s rights.

Privacy and local image processing

The picture comparison is performed locally in your browser. The selected pictures are not uploaded to Pichoose or stored in a permanent Pichoose image library. Additional information about analytics, advertising and technical data is provided in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services and links

Pichoose may use third parties for hosting, analytics and advertising and may link to external services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

No guarantee

Pichoose does not guarantee that a recommendation will be correct for your taste, audience, commercial objective, creative brief or professional requirements. You remain responsible for decisions made after using the service.

Availability and changes

Pichoose may update, suspend or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product development. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated date on this page.

Disclaimer and limitation

Pichoose is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pichoose does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or a particular outcome from a recommendation and is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on the result.
